Today i want to talk about belly fat. Belly fat is just a normal fat which is on our body. Generally males have belly fat and females have thigh and arm fat, more than other parts of the body.

Our body is designed in this manner from the ancient time. Our body stores fat because we eat more than our requirement and it can use it in future at the time of less energy.

To remove our belly fat, we have to do only three things:

Food selection

We have to choose our food very carefully. We have to take care of our carbohydrates and fats intake. 

Carbohydrates - Take complex carbohydrates because it will take time to digest and thus gives you energy for long time. Complex carbohydrates fills your stomach for long time and thus prevents you from over eating whereas simple carbohydrates digests rapidly and spikes your insulin which cause diabetes. Complex carbohydrates includes potatoes, lentils, legumes, fruits, brown rice etc. Simple carbohydrates includes ice-creams, chocolates, pizza, burgers, junk food etc.


Fats- You have to take healthy fats like nuts, pure ghee, coconut oil, mustard oil and you have to stay away from the bad fats like processed food, too much oily food.

You have to be very careful when it comes to your drinks because it seems like it is an ordinary thing but it not. You have to stay away from your packaged drinks like juices, cold-drinks because it has too much of sugar which do not needed. It is more than your daily intake of sugar. Instead of that you can take coffee, coconut water, green tea, water, juice (home-made). 

Calories

No matter how clean you are eating but if you are over-eating that, it will cause problem to you. So, you have to burn your calories by doing some exercise, yoga or walking.

If you want to remove your fat then first you have to be determined because your fat will not go in days or weeks. You have to be disciplined and consistent with your goal. You do not need to starve yourself, you just have to eat wisely and do some physical activity. For that you do not have to go to gym or anywhere else, you can start in your home.
