Do you feel more thirsty and even body pains when you sit in an air-conditioned room ?

This is because air-conditioners are dehydrating and they suck the moisture from the atmosphere and then from your body.

                                          So, place a bowl of water in your room when the AC is on. AC will suck this water and your body will be free from dehydration.

Do you peel off the skin of potato, sweet potato, pumpkin and cucumber ?
