Moreover, it is also beneficial for our brain because of the increased blood flow. If you are 20 years old, then you may not be able to understand my point but when you will be 30 or 40 years old, you will understand the importance of doing cardio. No matter who you are, men or women, you must do some cardio.

What should we have to do to burn fat and not muscle ?
Simply, we should be in anabolic state that means we have to take more protein (1 gm per body weight) and less carbs in our diet. It does not matter if you are doing fat loss or muscle gain, you must be doing cardio according to your need.

In fat loss - 3-4 times a week
If you want to burn fat from cardio, you must look at your diet first because less protein cause muscle loss and optimum protein cause fat loss. Any type of person in this world must target muscle gain and fat loss.
